60 MINUTE GUIDED SESSION
Join me in the studio for a creative wellness session designed to nurture your inner artist and embrace the unknown. Through guided meditation and creative exercises, we’ll explore relaxation and self-expression in a supportive, judgment-free space. Allow yourself to be in the process, without pressure or expectation, as we sip tea and create together. This is a time for slowing down, connecting with your creativity, and being open to the journey.

About Althea
Althea Freeman-Miller is a Martha’s Vineyard-born artist, printmaker, and creative wellness facilitator. She is celebrated for her colorful block-printed designs and whimsical folk art, known for its joyful simplicity and imaginative, uplifting qualities.
Raised by artist parents and nurtured by a community of creatives, Althea established her career in 2014, regularly showcasing her work at craft shows and local eateries. In 2019, she opened the Althea Designs Printshop Gallery at 34 Beach Road, Vineyard Haven.
Althea offers open studio shopping, printmaking workshops, and creative wellness sessions. Her studio also serves as a CAMP internship site and a regular meeting spot for Vineyard Haven Harbor Cultural District gatherings.
Additionally, Althea is the founder of First Friday Vineyard Haven events and the President of the Vineyard Haven Harbor Cultural District.
